Tanja is dedicated to increasing the well-being of her students by creating a safe container in which they can experience the connection between body and mind through the practice of yoga. Tanja creates a full spectrum practice that focuses on proper alignment during poses within a compassionate, nourishing and fun environment. 

Tanja started practicing yoga in San Francisco in 2000 and has been teaching Vinyasa flow classes since 2012 in California and Switzerland. She has over 700 hours in advanced training experience, bringing together traditional asana practice, pranayama and meditation. Studying with Maty Ezraty, Annie Carpenter and Maritza have greatly influenced her journey. Her silent sitting retreats have been in the Vipassana tradition at Spirit Rock and in the Soto Zen lineage. Lifelong confidence in her body from skiing and biking also strongly influences her yoga practice and teachings.

During the many phases of her life yoga has been a lifeline and true companion. The practice is an ever changing gift that keeps on giving. Tanja is beyond grateful to be able to share this wonderful union of body and mind.
